Two Tiers. One Trophy.

Twice a year the regular season stops mattering and the Cup takes over. First division, second division, doesn't matter. Everyone gets dumped into one bracket and the draw gets pulled. Lose once and you're done. No bye weeks, no second chances, no "my kicker was on bye." Win it all and you've got bragging rights over everyone, not just your own division.
